By being a participant of Alba Surf Club you acknowledge that surfing is a dangerous sport and recognise that you could be injured participating in this sport. Alba Surf Club members and Alba herself do not take responsibility for your or other member’s actions nor can they guarantee your safety. You are solely responsible for yourself when at the beach or during any other activity with Alba's Surf Club.

Alba’s Surf Club has all right of the pictures taken on the trips as well as the profile form filled out by you. The photos may appear on the Internet either on the official club website or some other media such as: YouTube, Facebook, MySpace, MyPhotoAlbum, etc.
