Alba’s Surf Club: Liability Waiver
Alba's Surf Club is not a corporation or a professional surf school. It is a volunteer group of friends sharing a common passion, surfing. All Club donations get redirected to support the organizational tasks, petrol, charity and new common goods. Alba’s Surf Club raises founds to the Orphanage in Cambodia (FDCC): www.fdcc.org.au

By being a participant of Alba's Surf Club you acknowledge that surfing is a dangerous sport and recognise that you could be injured participating in this sport. Alba's Surf Club members and Alba herself do not take responsibility for your or other member’s actions nor can they guarantee your safety. You are solely responsible for yourself when at the beach or during any other activity with Alba's Surf Club.
Therefore Alba’s Surf Club strongly recommends to all members to get insured by Surfing Victoria, which includes personal accident insurance, a surfing

Alba’s Surf Club has all right of the pictures taken on the trips as well as the profile form filled out for you. The photos may appear on the Internet either on the official club website or some other media such as: YouTube, Facebook, MySpace, MyPhotoAlbum, etc.
